About Home Incentive Map
Home Incentive Map is an independent reference site. It reads state, utility and IRS program pages, records each amount with its source link and the date it was checked, and shows what applies to a home in each state it covers. It does not sell installations, take applications or give tax advice.
How the site works
Every amount comes from the page of the program that pays it: the IRS for federal credits, each state energy office for Inflation Reduction Act rebates, and the statewide programs and utilities that pay rebates, from Mass Save and Energize CT to Focus on Energy, Energy Trust of Oregon, SMUD and Austin Energy. Each record carries its source link and the date it was checked. Programs whose pages could not be read are left out and listed on the methodology page. The site started with the six New England states and now covers 15 states; a state is added only when at least one open offer with a published amount has been read from its source.
Corrections
If a figure is wrong or a source has changed, email hello@homeincentivemap.com with the page and a link. Corrections go into the data file and the check date updates with the next build.
